OUR ROOMS
We have four elegant rooms simply styled, with a classic and unfussy approach to decor. Our focus is on quality beds and luxurious linens and for maximum comfort and the perfect night's sleep.
Each room has its own independent access, giving you complete freedom to come and go as you please.
Your bedroom will have been carefully cleaned and all hard surfaces sanitised. We will not enter your room during your stay unless requested.

THE SAIL LOFT
The Sail Loft, as the name suggests, is set in the loft space of the old boat house. The old boat house is a separate annex of two double rooms at the side of the property that can be booked together and conjoined or separately as two totally independent rooms. The room has its own independent access via an externally facing private door. On the ground floor level you will find your en-suite shower and bathroom facilities, with stairs that access the first floor main bedroom and seating area.

THE APULDRAM
The Apuldram Room is set on the ground floor of the old boat house. The old boat house is a separate annex of two double rooms (Apuldram & The Sail Loft) at the side of the property that can be booked together and conjoined, or separately as two totally independent rooms. The room has its own independent access via an externally facing private door. The room is entirely on ground floor level and includes private en-suite shower and bathroom facilities, with a stylishly furnished main bedroom and seating area.

THE GARDEN ROOM
The Garden Room room has its own access via its own externally facing private door in its own small garden decked area, tucked away in the back garden of the property. Set entirely on ground floor level you will find your own tastefully furnished Kingsize Hypnos™ bed, a private en-suite shower and bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities.

THE CHIDHAM
The Chidham is a sunny, south facing room at the front of the property with its own private access. Inside the room you'll find an elegantly styled space with Kingsize Hypnos bed, Egyptian cotton linen, private en-suite shower and bathroom facilities, as well as tea and Nespresso™coffee machine.
