Our delicious breakfasts are optional when making your booking, but really not to be missed, with locally sourced produce from some of West Sussex's finest producers and farmers.

We do not serve lunch or evening meals, but would be happy to recommend some of the fantastic pubs, cafés or restaurants situated within a short distance of us.

Feel free to contact us if you are booking for a special event, celebration or occasion and would like to discuss additional catering or special requests.

Chichester Harbour Gin (35ml) and Tonic   £6.00

Made using local Chichester produce, including seaweed, bayleaf and juniper, and water from the South Downs.


Chilgrove Vodka (35ml) and Fresh Orange Juice   £6.00

Smooth English Vodka distilled using natural mineral water filtered through the chalky Downs which surround the village of Chilgrove.


Hophead, Golden Ale, Dark Star brewing Co. 500ml  £3.50

Full-falvoured and fresh session ale with a lovely floral hit from Cascade hops.  3.8%

Locally sourced products at The Bosham Boathouse. From gin to chocolate, sausages to soap - we try and offer our guests products from our region. Here are some of them:


Chichester Harbour Gin. A small-batch, artisanal gin inspired by the local seafront


Montezumas Chocolate. A delicious bar of chocolate for you to enjoy is left in our guest rooms. This chocolate, produced just outside Chichester, is made from best quality ethical cocoa and whether you prefer milk or plain it is truly delicious If you want to take some home just drop into their shop in East Street to discover their many varieties.


Lordington Lavender Hand Wash. This luxurious hand wash is infused with lavender essential oil from the 10 acres of Mailette lavender grown just four miles from us. If you’re staying between 12th-16th July  the fields are open so you can enjoy the tranquility of the lavender fields with the incredible sounds and scents of nature. Also a fabulous photo location


Southbourne Farm Shop have their own on-site bakery creating handmade fresh Artisan bread. Most mornings we have the delicious Sesame sourdough or Malted Barley served toasted with our cooked breakfasts. Just 3 miles from us this farm shop has a wonderful arrange of locally sourced products


Treagust Butchers. Just over the border in Hampshire, this Emsworth Butcher produces prime gold award-winning traditionally flavoured pork sausages, renowned and loved along the south coast. We are proud to serve these delicious sausages with our English breakfast


Ashling Park Cuvee NV. Enjoy a bottle of this multi-award-winning sparkling wine from our wine-making neighbours. Only 2 miles away in West Ashling

Freshly picked flowers from our garden. From the breakfast room to our guest rooms we display a variety of seasonal flowers from snowdrops to tulips, agapanthus to cosmos. We are also delighted to purchase our seeds from Roger Parsons Sweet Peas who hold the national collection of Sweet peas at Bracklesham Bay with over 1300 varieties


Seasonal produce from our garden served to our guests at breakfast include Strawberries, Tomatoes, Asparagus, Rhubarb and Herbs and freshly laid eggs from our flock of chickens.
