Welcome to our B&B on the edge of the beautiful village of Bosham in West Sussex. Perfectly located on the South Coast between the rolling South Downs and the waters of Chichester Harbour, with the city of Chichester and the Goodwood Estate  just a few minutes' drive to our east and Emsworth and Portsmouth to our west.

 

In each of our elegant en-suite rooms, which all have their own outside entrance, you can enjoy one of our Kingsize Hypnos™ beds with crisp white Egyptian cotton linen, tea and coffee facilities, a flat screen TV, free high speed WiFi and a range of toiletries.

Your room rate includes a continental breakfast tray deliverd to your room, but our delicious cooked breakfasts made with locally sourced produce from some of West Sussex's finest producers and farmers are well worth trying.

We have a Fast (7kWh) EV charger with two connections so you can charge your car overnight ready to head out the next day without having to worry about finding a charging station.
